If your SOLOPOP Batting Trainer has a manufacturing defect or breaks during normal use within 90 days of purchase, Fifth Avenue Partners will ship one replacement at no additional charge. Proof of purchase is required.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper storage, normal cosmetic wear, or use with regulation baseballs or softballs. Use the trainer only with approved lightweight perforated plastic training balls.
To request a replacement, contact us through the store contact form with your order number, purchase date, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect.
Orders may be cancelled before fulfilment. For any other return or refund request, contact us before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
We currently ship within Canada only. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
